Proving your trail maintenance.
A grant application, an annual report, a question from an insurer: sooner or later, the crew is asked to show what it did on its trails. When the work lives in notebooks, emails and volunteers' memories, rebuilding it takes evenings.
Every problem keeps its history
In TrailSnag, every report keeps its state — to confirm, confirmed, fixed, rejected — and the history of every act taken on it. The territory stats show total, open, validated and fixed reports, and the average time to fix.
Your data, exportable on every tier
Export the log as CSV, GPX or KML on every tier, the free one included: it is your data, and you can take it with you whenever you want. The CSV opens in a spreadsheet; GPX and KML open in mapping tools.
The intervention report as a PDF
For a file, the intervention-report PDF lays out the work problem by problem. It is included from the Parc tier up. On the free tier, Halte, you produce one free per season (1 May to 31 October, then 1 November to 30 April).
Showing the work to the public
When you choose to, your public map shows what is reported and what is resolved. Each trail's status — open, caution or closed — colours its line on the map, and a one-line embeddable map shows it on your own website.
Where to start
Claim your land: the history starts with the first report you receive, and everything after it is dated and exportable.
